Responsibility
- Lead the development of project plans, including feasibility studies, site investigations, and conceptual designs
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders to integrate engineering requirements into commercial development projects
- Perform site evaluations and assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities for optimization
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish milestones
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure project success
- Drive standards and requirements of engineering works at project meetings including working closely with contractors, stakeholders, consultants and relevant authorities
- Ensure the works are in compliant with all necessary standards, safety regulations and code of practice
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user manuals
- Generate regular progress reports, metrics, and KPIs to track project performance and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree holder of related engineering disciplines
- 5 years of relevant experience in technical support for M&E systems, including project management and execution
- Possess sound knowledge and skills in M&E related disciplines, project planning and management, organizational and communication skills
- Possesses conceptual, critical and innovative thinking, decision making, communication, collaborative, influencing, motivation, organizing, analytical reasoning
