Join Singtel’s Loyalty Marketing team within Brand, Engagement & Loyalty, where you will help shape and deliver the next-generation loyalty ecosystem across Consumer and SMB segments.


 


This role offers the opportunity to drive the SMB loyalty programme and support strategic partnerships such as yuu and Singtel UOB to create meaningful customer value.


 


You will play a key role in expanding Singtel’s loyalty ecosystem through AI and data-driven partnerships, merchant collaborations, and personalised engagement initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on customer engagement, loyalty strategy, and business growth, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners on transformation initiatives.

Make an Impact by


 


Lead SMB Loyalty Programme



  • Lead and manage Singtel’s SMB loyalty programme

  • Develop initiatives and partnerships to strengthen customer engagement and retention

  • Identify opportunities to grow programme relevance and commercial impact across the SMB segment


 


Shape the Future of Loyalty & Grow the Loyalty Value Vault



  • Integrate partnerships into the next-generation loyalty experience

  • Source and negotiate differentiated merchant and partner value propositions

  • Strengthen the breadth and attractiveness of the loyalty value vault across Consumer and SMB

  • Balance customer attractiveness with cost efficiency, sustainable reward economics and partner-funded value


 


Build the Next Ecosystem of Partnerships and Unlock AI/Data Partnerships



  • Build ecosystem-level collaborations beyond traditional partnerships

  • Pioneer partnerships that elevate Singtel’s:

    • Data capabilities

    • AI-driven marketing

    • Personalisation and targeting



  • Work with internal teams to enable

    • Personalised customer engagement

    • Segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives



  • Explore external data enrichment and ecosystem opportunities

  • Support key strategic partnerships including yuu, Singtel UOB


 


Drive Commercial & Business Outcomes



  • Support measurable outcomes across

    • Customer acquisition

    • Engagement and retention

    • Revenue and monetisation contribution




 


Track partnership and programme performance using data-driven insights



  • Provide recommendations to improve:

    • Partner value

    • Programme performance

    • Commercial returns




 


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work closely with CLM/CRM, Product Marketing, Data, Martech & Analytics teams

  • Ensure partnerships and value propositions are integrated into customer journeys and programme experiences

  • Support alignment across loyalty, ecosystem and business growth initiatives


 


 


Skills for Success


 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 4–7 years of experience in

    • Strategic partnerships/business development

    • Loyalty, CRM marketing or ecosystem marketing



  • Exposure to data, martech, or AI-driven marketing is a strong advantage

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Commercially minded with ability to balance:

    • Customer value

    • Partnership economics

    • Business outcomes
