Manager, Operations (client onboarding) - Urgent

The Company

An exciting opportunity to lead the operations team for a well-established leading brokerage house that has won many accolades in the industry.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be managing a team and be responsible for account maintenance, review and approve new client on-boarding that includes individuals, corporates and FIs; ensure proper KYC procedures are in place, account monitoring, post trade review and ensure that procedures are in compliant with regulations. You will provide direction and mentorship to your team members and facilitate training sessions when necessary.

Your Profile

You should have the relevant qualifications with at least 8 years relevant experience in client onboarding and KYC/AML. You should be detail oriented and have a solid understanding of the regulations. The ability to function independently, solve problems and good stakeholder management are critical to succeed in this role.
