As a Operations Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• This position is designed for a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities who is passionate about enhancing healthcare delivery through effective management and innovative approaches. The role requires a blend of leadership, administrative, and analytical skills to effectively drive improvements and ensure high-quality patient care.

Strategic Implementation and Oversight:

• Administer collaborations and manage clinical operations support and service contracts.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve surgical care and patient outcomes.

Operational Management:

• Oversee ground operations and support staff, ensuring efficient and effective patient care processes.
• Drive continuous improvements in service quality and process flow across patient care journeys.

Leadership and Administration:

• Serve as the Reporting Officer for operational and administrative teams, managing HR matters and general administration.
• Lead and guide teams to achieve operational excellence and support staff development.

Collaboration and Partnership:

• Work closely with clinical leads to implement patient-centric initiatives across various disciplines.
• Foster relationships with non-clinical departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategic plans.

Project Management:

• Undertake key development projects, formulate business proposals, and develop sustainable value-based care models.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences. 
• Experiences in managing healthcare operations such as surgical or clinical settings. 
•  Exposed to healthcare financial, practical knowledge of hospital's operations and project management will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with broader hospital and national health objectives.
