Job Description - Manager, OTC

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Order-to-Cash Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across Asia markets. This role combines deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, innovation leadership, and business partnership capabilities to deliver scalable, intelligent, and customer-centric solutions.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end OTC process excellence, lead complex integrations across SAP and retail platforms, champion AI-enabled business capabilities, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to accelerate operational efficiency and business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, configuration, implementation and optimization of SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across multiple markets.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

  • Drive end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA, CAR, OMS, POS, WMS, EDI, APIs and external platforms.

  • Leverage AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation and predictive analytics to improve OTC processes.

  • Lead resolution of complex cross-system integration and data consistency issues.

  • Collaborate with development teams on enhancements, debugging, performance tuning and technical design.

  • Manage testing, deployment, hypercare and continuous improvement activities.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management across regional and global teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP SD/CAR experience
• Proven SAP implementation and rollout leadership
• Strong S/4HANA integration expertise across retail ecosystems
• Experience driving cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with automation and AI-enabled business solutions preferred
• Ability to work effectively within global COE and matrix organizations
