Job Description - Manager, Packages & Solutions Netflix Ads MP&O (Asia Pacific)

Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.\n\nRole Overview \nThe Manager, Packages \u0026 Solutions will build and own the core go\u2011to\u2011market engine for Netflix Ads packages and media/programmatic solutions across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. \n\nSitting within the MP\u0026O (Market Planning \u0026 Operations) organization, the Manager, Packages \u0026 Solutions will orchestrate how our ads packages and solutions come to life in the market \u2013 from narrative and pitch development to the design of scalable, compelling offerings for advertisers and agencies. \n\nIn a nascent and fast\u2011growing ads business, this role will be instrumental in shaping the foundations of our go\u2011to\u2011market strategy and our long\u2011term commercial playbook. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Build best\u2011in\u2011class media solutions, pitches, and toolkits that enable the Sales team to take our story and solutions to market with clarity, consistency, and conviction. \n\n * Design and manage the annual activation calendar, and co\u2011lead the strategy and execution of our ads packages and solutions, working closely with Sales and cross\u2011functional partners. \n\n * Define and lead the go\u2011to\u2011market planning \u0026 execution for Netflix Ads solutions (ads packages and programmatic offerings), with a core objective of maximizing brand and business outcomes for clients\n\n * Translate market dynamics and business levers (e.g., seasonality, competitive landscape, content moments, tentpole moments) into differentiated ad packages and programmatic-first solutions that drive growth for both Netflix and our advertisers. \n\n * Lead and facilitate cross\u2011functional collaboration across Pricing, Ops, Measurement, Ads Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Product, and Content to orchestrate all elements of our ads offering. \n\n * Scale and standardize our GTM motion for Ads to create predictability and repeatability in how advertisers and agencies buy from Netflix, while keeping enough flexibility to innovate and deliver the \u201cNetflix effect\u201d in market. \n\n\n\n\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For\n\n * 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Building, Media and Digital/Programmatic Media.\n\n * A natural \u201cdriver in the room\u201d \u2013 someone who stands up, goes to the whiteboard, brings structure to ambiguity and moves complex projects from idea to launch through genuine collaboration.\n\n * A strategic thinker with strong execution drive: able to set a clear vision, design a working model, and connect multiple cross\u2011functional teams around shared outcomes.\n\n * Proven experience leading go\u2011to\u2011market for ads solutions at major publishers, platforms or media companies.\n\n * Deep enthusiasm for the advertising ecosystem, its competitive dynamics and the value that advertising brings to brands and businesses.\n\n * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; able to sell ideas internally, inspire sales teams, and advocate passionately and credibly for new solutions in front of senior stakeholders.\n\n * Strong understanding of media and ad formats across offline and digital, including programmatic / AI buying and platform capabilities.\n\n * Fluent English; proficiency in an additional APAC regional language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese or Korea) is a plus. \n\n\n\n\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
