Job Description - Manager, Private Credit

Your new company

A multi-national private credit firm connecting global investors to private debt opportunities in Asia.
Backed by leading institutional investors, investment banks and venture capital firms.
Has deployed almost $1B in capital using advanced data analytics.

Your new role

Originate, evaluate, structure, and execute private debt transactions across Southeast Asia and other regional markets.
Build and manage relationships with credit investors to facilitate syndication.
Prepare investment materials, lead cross-functional deal execution, monitor portfolio performance, and contribute to the firm's trading and analytics platform.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
At least 5 years' experience in corporate finance, banking, or transaction advisory.
Strong financial analysis skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and a self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive.
