Manager, Regional Product and Consultancy - Virtual Client (Citrix) - Dorothy M.

In view of business expansion, our esteemed client is seeking a Manager, Regional Product and Consultancy for Virtual Client product offerings targeted at global users.

Job Responsibilities:

Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Virtual client product offerings, ensuring they meet users’ needs and align with the broader IT strategy.
Engage users to understand new requirements and determine either to be integrated into the product roadmap or managed as standalone projects
Lead product communication and marketing efforts, ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date.
Monitor product performance metrics such as service levels, customer satisfaction, and benchmarking, utilizing KPIs to measure progress towards objectives.
Emphasize user experience and design principles in the introduction of new features or updates to existing products.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders to maximize product success and value.
Responsible for user documentation, user training and post-implementation maintenance & support

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent
5-8 years’ experience in Product Management with Infrastructure or End-user Computing services
Good technical understanding of Virtual Apps and Desktop solutions based on Citrix.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership team and collaborate all levels
Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
Good analytical, written, presentation and communication skills
