Job title \u2013 Segment Manager, Sweet Goods \u2013 Asia Pacific\n\nLocation \u2013 Singapore\n\nReporting to the Associate Director, Segment Leader, Sweet Goods APAC , this individual would be responsible in supporting and driving the execution of the Sweet Goods category strategy across the region (Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Oceania), with a strong focus on commercial activation, customer value creation, and innovation deployment. This role will translate the regional Sweet Goods strategy into actionable segment initiatives, supports priority customer engagement, and works cross functionally with marketing, technical, creation, and innovation teams to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.\n\nAt dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.
