AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF), Singapore, to build and anchor deep national capabilities in AI.  AISG is supported through a government-wide partnership including the NRF, Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG). Hosted in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), we welcome you to join our community. We are seeking an individual to join the AI Products team as Manager, Partnerships, Strategy & Missions. This role drives strategy, ecosystem collaboration and implementation for AISG's AI Products — working across industry, research, and government to advance AI systems identified as priorities for Singapore. The individual will develop and execute strategies that foster ecosystem partnerships, support companies in adopting key AI systems, and translate AI research and capabilities into real-world, production-ready products that create tangible value for industry and society.

This role reports to the Head of Strategy, Partnerships & Growth in the AI Products team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for AISG's AI Products, ensuring alignment with national AI interest and industry needs, while staying current with AI research, industry trends, and policy developments to identify opportunities and inform strategic priorities.

• Build and manage strategic partnerships across industry, government, academia, and research institutions (both domestic and international) to advance knowledge exchange and support AISG’s AI Products in research and development, as well as product and platform priorities.

• Coordinate across stakeholders and industry partners to translate AI capabilities into real-world products, including driving use-case discovery and collaborating with engineering teams to design, develop, and scale priority AI products and platforms (e.g., SEA-LION).

• Support companies through their AI adoption life cycle  — from initial engagement to deployment — ensuring measurable value and successful implementation.

• Support the execution of programmes under AISG’s AI Products, including stakeholder coordination, milestone and deliverable tracking, impact monitoring, and preparation of timely reports and briefing materials for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, data science or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)

• 7 to 9 years related experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
