Job Description - Manager, Training & Competency

Our client is a Singapore financial advisory firm licensed by MAS. They are looking for a suitable candidate with experience in training and training administration.

This is an in-person role with hybrid work arrangements. The work location is in the Kallang Central area, Singapore.

Job responsibilities

Implementation and administration of various training programs for all financial advisers, including classroom training and e-learning.
Maintaining and improving management reports on advisers’ regulated Training & Competency requirements.
Ensuring all internal and regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on time.
Deliver briefing to supervisors and advisers on any regulatory changes.
Conduct induction training for new financial advisers.
Review and recommend changes to improve programs.
Assist in Training Grants/Subsidy submission.

Requirements

Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 to 4 year(s) of relevant working experience in a related field.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good initiative, meticulous, well organized and able to work independently.
Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills
Singapore Citizen/PR
