Manager, Treasury Processing Centre

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Treasury Processing Centre to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Treasury processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of Treasury trades while maintaining strong operational controls. You will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, managing risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Treasury operations function.

What you will be doing

• Process and settle all Treasury trades in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and market standards

• Manage all day-to-day Treasury activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong controls that minimize operational risks and losses

• Proactively escalate, follow up, and resolve operational issues promptly

• Participate in projects including bank-wide initiatives, process improvement efforts, change requests, UAT testing, and BCP activities

• Support audit, compliance, and risk assessment reviews by collating relevant data and preparing required reports

• Perform regular MIS reporting and ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Demonstrate strong communication and email management skills, responding to queries promptly and professionally

• Maintain and update operational manuals to ensure accuracy and readiness for internal publication

• Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies and guidelines, particularly in cash-handling and operational practices

• Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute actively to achieving shared objectives

• Uphold high standards of customer service and promote service excellence within the team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in Treasury operations, banking operations, or financial services

• Strong knowledge of Treasury products, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes

• Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
