Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead the company’s overall business operations, strategic planning, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, operational management experience, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s daily operations and long-term business strategies
• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve company objectives and profitability
• Manage company resources, budgets, and organizational performance
• Supervise management teams and establish effective operational structures
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners
• Identify business opportunities and drive company expansion initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Review operational and financial reports to support business decision-making
• Represent the company in external business meetings and negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience in business operations, logistics, supply chain, or corporate management is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting systems
• Bilingual communication skills are preferred
