Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall business strategies and long-term growth plans.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, financial performance and business development.
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand market presence and improve profitability.
• Review and approve major operational, financial and investment decisions.
• Establish corporate policies and ensure effective implementation across all departments.
• Manage budgets, financial planning and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, investors and business partners.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the senior management team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in negotiations, strategic partnerships and corporate matters.
• Report to the shareholders and oversee the execution of corporate objectives.
