Job Summary

Lead executive collaboration and strategic alignment with Japan HQ, drive business growth, manage key stakeholder relationships, and oversee financial and operational planning for a leading ICT and digital marketing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in executive meetings conducted in Japanese to align regional strategy with global organizational goals
• Represent the organization as a senior executive to manage and strengthen relationships with key partners and top-tier customers
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with company policies, legislation, and industry regulations across the organization
• Plan and manage budgets, control expenditures, and strategically allocate resources across departments
• Provide visionary leadership by collaborating with senior management to resolve complex internal organizational issues
• Develop, champion, and implement long-term strategic plans that drive business growth aligned with company values and mission
• Oversee and authorize major business transactions, including high-level approvals and management of large-scale financial resources
• Conduct and evaluate bi-annual performance reviews for Directors and Senior Managers
• Lead the development and implementation of channel marketing strategies through channel partners
• Oversee sales strategies and high-level operational activities to meet corporate growth targets
• Drive the generation of robust pipelines for new business opportunities to achieve high-level growth objectives
• Apply in-depth executive-level knowledge of electronics, IT, and business sectors to inform decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Extensive experience in the AI, SI, ICT, and Digital Marketing industries
• Self-motivated executive capable of driving company-wide results with minimal oversight
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
• Exceptional executive leadership and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with internal teams, agencies, and board members
• Excellent executive presentation skills and experience managing large-scale projects
• Strong financial acumen to make effective, high-stakes business decisions
• Proficiency in Japanese at a high business/executive level to communicate complex business needs and strategic reports with Japan HQ
• Experience leading and participating in executive meetings conducted in Japanese

• Salary range: SGD 9,000 to 12,000
• Remote work allowance: SGD 80 per month
