The Junior Analyst will join the newly established Singapore office, focusing on M&A advisory within interactive entertainment and broader technology sectors. This is an opportunity to work in a lean, high-performing team with direct exposure to complex, high-value transactions. Vietnamese is required for this role.

• Assist in executing M&A and late-stage capital raising transactions.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research.
• Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and deal documentation.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members throughout deal processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in technology and gaming sectors.
• Background in M&A, leveraged finance, or related areas is welcome.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Vietnamese language is required due to regional client coverage.
