M&E and Security System Manager

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the planning, design, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of building services and security systems.
• Works closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely project completion.
• Reviews M&E and security system design and coordinates with client for design approval.
• Manages field engineers, supervisors and sub-contractors.
• Monitor progress and quality of all M&E and security system works to ensure compliance to project and statutory requirements.
• Attending project meetings with clients, authorities, subcontractors and consultants.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore.
• Five (5) years of experience in the planning, design, coordination, installation and testing & commissioning of ACMV, MEP, fire safety, security and electrical systems of large-scale complex commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of MEICA systems, including Security, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation, with familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building services code of practices and Authorities requirement.
• Familiar with the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Able to work in a team environment.
