M&E Engineer

Job Description

Corebuild Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (M&E Project Engineer) to support the planning, coordination and execution of renovation, fit-out and building services projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, coordinating project activities and ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with project requirements, quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate M&E works for renovation and fit-out projects.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Supervise site activities and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate electrical, ACMV, plumbing, sanitary and CCTV infrastructure works.
• Prepare project documentation, technical submissions and progress reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of completed projects.
• Assist in procurement, cost control and project planning activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction, renovation, M&E or building services projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing and building services systems will be advantageous.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
