M&E Engineer

• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance to specifications.
• Coordinate with all M&E subcontractors to resolve all technical problems in order to achieve the desired overall project objective.
• Work together with other project team members to coordinate/resolve technical issues.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as M&E Engineer in construction related field
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or degree in relevant subject.

M&E Coordinator

• Manage M&E subcontractors work progress to meet the project schedule ;
• Ensure M&E subcontractor's work are executed in accordance to specifications ;
• Review M&E drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural, Interior Design and Client's provisions ;
• Work together with other project team members to coordinate and resolve technical issues ;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as M&E Coordinator in construction related field
