Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and manpower/resources required for M&E works.
Coordinate with project teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure integrated execution of M&E systems.
Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Track the progress of M&E works, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule.
Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other teams to solve technical problems and ensure M&E systems fit well with other building components.
Proactively identify technical issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to challenges during the project execution.
Ensure the timely resolution of any technical problems that arise in M&E systems.
Lead test, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
Ensure all M&E installations and systems meet with Singapore regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Supervise and manage M&E staff, technicians, and contractors.
Experience with tight schedules and complex projects.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure. Diploma/Degree in M&E Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years' working experience in the Building / Construction / Interior Design Industry.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Proficient in AUTOCAD/BIM, design integration
Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
Strong Organizational, Project Management, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Local working experience needed.
