Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
• Identify and penetrate new markets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including customer visits and meetings.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay informed and optimize sales strategies.
• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets, while managing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of M&E project tendering experience in the building/construction industry 
• Willing to travel to various job sites.
