Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
* All Contracts administration works
* Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
* Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
* Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
* Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
* Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
* To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
* To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
* Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
* To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
* Risk analysis evaluation
* Feasibility studies
* Any other adhoc duties when required.
Job Requirement
* Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar
* Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Construction industry
* Good written communication skills
* Good track record
* Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
