Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Develop criteria for New Product Introduction: manufacturing process, tool design, integrated schedules, cost design, sourcing support, quality qualifications, test support, cost reduction, and supply chain integration.
2. Lead manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, inspection, testing, and tool/fixture designs.
3. Utilize expertise in electrical/electronic equipment production and testing methods.
4. Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines to complete projects/programs profitably.
5. Collect data and create manufacturing solutions and documentation for OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications; perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant professional certification.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for BOM comparison and analysis.
- 2-5 years of experience as an Assistant Engineer or similar role.
- Ability to creatively address technical challenges with engineering solutions.
- Efficient multitasking under tight deadlines.
