Manufacturing Engineer (New Product Introduction)

• Location: East-Central Region
• 5 days work week
• AWS & VB provided

Job Scope:

1. New Product Introduction (NPI) Support

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
• Design tools and fixtures for production.
• Manage integrated schedules and ensure design-to-cost strategies.
• Support sourcing, quality qualifications, testing, and supply chain integration.

2. Technical Leadership in Manufacturing

• Lead manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and tool/fixture design.
• Provide technical expertise to the manufacturing team.

3. Production and Test Methodologies

• Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production.
• Implement and optimize test methodologies.

4. Project Management

• Manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Lead projects to successful and profitable completion.

5. Data and Documentation

• Develop manufacturing solutions based on data analysis.
• Maintain documentation for OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specs.

6. Assembly and Guidance

• Perform assembly work as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions.
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing or any equivalent studies
• Preferably with experience in supporting NPI process & capable to study BOM
