Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor Device/Vision/Optical) - Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and on-time delivery of products.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design and implement equipment modifications and upgrades to improve quality and reduce production defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and qualify new materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to manufacturing operators.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry. 
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices, quality control, vision & optical inspection system. 
• Able to troubleshoot.
