• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity
• Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, and operators to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure availability for production and fulfil customer orders
• Collaborate with procurement team to identify and procure materials required for production in a timely manner, while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts
• Communicate production schedules, priorities, and updates to relevant stakeholders, including production team, management, and customer service
• Provide regular reports and updates on production performance, inventory levels, and adherence to schedules to management team
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Business/Manufacturing/Production Management or equivalent
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
