## \nCompany:\n\nRF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd.\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Hardware Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nJob Scope\n\n1.0 Overseeing the transition to HVM, ensuring seamless integration of new products into the production environment\n\n2.0 Establish systems and process flows based on business requirements\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n1.1 Discuss engineering build requirements with the global PA/PgM teams\n\n1.2 Coordinate build requests with local TD \u0026 Ops teams\n\n1.3 Ensure accuracy of product database used for engineering builds and HVM using Product DB and eCNPL\n\n1.4 Ensure accurate records of MCN creation, E-runs and post run analyses using eOSAT\n\n1.5 Responsible to develop and maintain departmental work instruction and operational procedure where necessary.\n\n1.6 Develop deep understanding of the fabrication processes and continue to optimize the systematic solution to bring the product into HVM\n\n2.1 Responsible to work with Quality, TD \u0026 Ops to ensure compliance to QC requirements (e.g. SDS, BRIM)\n\n2.2 Ownership of the eOSAT platform\n\nEducation/Experience Requirements\n\nEducation/ Experience \u2022 Degree in any engineering related field, preferably electrical \u0026 electronics engineering.\n\nSkills, Abilities \u0026 Knowledge\n\n\u2022 Good project and time management skills, able to multi-task and manage stress.\n\n\u2022 A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.\n\n\u2022 Good knowledge of analysis and monitoring tools as well as database experience.\n\n\u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is imperative.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.\n\nQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
