Ltd.\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group \u003e Engineering Technician\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nSystem Transactions\n\n * Perform Oracle system transactions for order entry.\n * Update process information in the system.\n\n\n\nVacuum Sealing Operations\n\n * Operate vacuum sealing machines.\n * Replenish packing materials.\n * Perform labeling and scanning.\n * Sealing and packing activities, including:\n * Affix printed labels, insert desiccants and HICs, and perform dry packing using the vacuum machine.\n * Verify sealing quality and fold MBBs to fit into boxes.\n * Conduct final checks to ensure all labeling and packing meet customer and internal quality standards.\n\n\n\nTape and Reel Operations\n\n * Machine Operations\n * Operate taping machines (e.g., TR48MK\u2011V), including setup, component loading, and parameter adjustment.\n * Perform peel force tests during material changes or machine setup.\n * Component Handling\n * Ensure correct placement and alignment of components in carrier tape.\n * Inspection and Quality Control\n * Conduct visual inspections for component placement, orientation, and sealing quality\n * Label reels accurately and complete production logs.\n * Clean and maintain equipment regularly.\n * Maintain good housekeeping at the workstation.\n\n\n\nOther Duties\n\nPerform other ad\u2011hoc activities as assigned by the supervisor.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 High School diploma or equivalent. \n \nPhysical Requirements: \n\u2022 Frequently transports and installs equipment weighing at least 25 lbs.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
