Job Description - Marine /Industrial equipment spare parts sales coordinator

Job
scope

Provides sales and operational
support to the Area Sales Manager.
Prepare quotations and process
orders accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the Shipping
Department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle customer inquiries,
claims, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up on offers, deliveries,
and outstanding quotations to support sales conversion.

Requirements

Requirements

Diploma in Business Admin
2 years of sales coordination or
customer service experience in the marine equipment industry
Able to speaks at least 1 singapore dialect
