Marine Service Support (Overseas) - Rewarding Work

Responsiblities:

1. Assist superior to achieve set objectives
    
2. Liaise and communicate regularly with Distributors & dealers. Market monthly reports to superior.
    
3. Strengthen Service Network (3S and Service Standard)
   * Continual education and training for distributors/dealers
   * Support Distributors in their service activities including onsite field service
   * Support workshop setup
   * Assist and follow up distributors’ product registration status
    
4. Technical Support for Distributors and Dealers
   * Support distributors and dealers for technical inquiries
   * MI (Market Information) processing
   * Prepare & issue Technical Bulletin for Dealers
    
5. Manage product registration and warranty administration
   * Management of distributors and dealers product registration
   * Warranty administration for dealers
    
6. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
    

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITC in Automotive/Mechanical/Marine engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ Technical Service in Automotive/Marine Engineering
