Market Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, measure, and manage market risk across crypto, FX, and interest rate products
• Develop and maintain market risk frameworks, limits, and controls appropriate for a fast-moving digital assets environment
• Analyze exposures, P&L drivers, stress scenarios, and tail risks across multiple asset classes
• Partner closely with trading, treasury, and technology teams to ensure effective risk oversight
• Produce clear and actionable risk reporting for senior management
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of risk models, methodologies, and systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in market risk within trading, market making, banking, hedge funds, or proprietary trading environments
• Strong hands-on experience covering cryptocurrencies, FX, and interest rates
• Solid understanding of market risk concepts such as VaR, stress testing, sensitivities, and limit frameworks
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with quantitative data, risk systems, or Python/SQL is an advantage
