This role is responsible for the execution of business strategies in the category, sector, and channel management space. The individual will work closely with the sales teams to deliver NOS and share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead co-develop base business-focused plans to grow core business, address sales fundamental gaps, deploy plans to sales teams, collaborate with multi-functional team members to enable strong execution and forecast delivery
• Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance
• Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined objectives.
• Define and deliver regional sales fundamentals and Business targets
• Track promotion efficiency, ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the optimal outcome for our in-market investments
• Contribute to stewardship conformity giving clear mentorship on compliant spending to ensure the best use of budgets and no control outages’

Job Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.      
• Prior experience in sales operations and market strategy planning
• At least 2 years of relevant Sales experience
• Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes, shopper-based design/key sales fundamentals
• Strong ability to identify business problems, define and analyse alternative courses of action.
• Proven ability to nurture strong collaborative relationships within a team.
• Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly to external and internal stakeholders
• A forward thinker who sees opportunities for growth and perseveres through challenges.
