Marketing & Admin Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for childcare enrolments
• Childcare centre administration (school fee collection and subsidies)
• Manage advertising campaign setups on Facebook, Instagram and or other social media platforms
• Familiar with social media platforms and able to manage the company page and do postings
• Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads etc
• Able to do copywriting for ads, provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating the relevant webpages
• To work with internal stakeholders to strategize, develop and launch initiatives to reach out to the target audience.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Manage and track marketing budget.

Requirements:

• Love children
• Able to work as part of a team
• Well groomed
• Keen eye for aesthetics and photography, videography
• Proficient in photo-editing, video production, artwork design
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Preferably someone with sales or marketing background
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about digital marketing
• Able to work on Saturday morning (half day)
