Social Media

Ensure content is populated promptly and in accordance to pre-approved social media calendar

Maintain account response rate and keep information up to date

Preparation of monthly reports and competitor best practices report for internal review

Content Marketing & Content Development

Content copy-writing for, but not limited to, social media, SEO and EDM

Ensure suffice research to back up content copy-writing

Marketing Administration

Other ad-hoc marketing related tasks and administrative support

Skills & Competencies

Min. Diploma in Marketing/Mass Comm/Media Studies

Good writing ability, with solid understanding of social media channels

Strong command of English and Mandarin (preferred, to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate)
