• Implementation of Exhibition
• PDCA management for ATL & BTL
• Communication development (claim of Product)
• KV/ Communication Development

Research

• Planning & implementation of quantitative and qualitative research
• Survey of the current situation in existing businesses
• QAIs Sales Tools Preparation (Clinical Data)
• Survey of new country and market
• Business feasibility analysis of new area
• Customer target survey at new country
• Search for new distributors
• Searching for partners including M&A

Market Planning

• Planning for new product launching
• Launching product/ brand selection
• Discussion with sales team for new product pricing
• Propose/Participate in a new entry country marketing business plan
• Introduced product/ brand selection
• Discussion with sales team for new product pricing
