Marketing Associate - Funeral Industry

Location: Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT

Schedule: Follow a 5-6-5-6 pattern for working weeks (as per roster).

Time: 8.30AM - 6PM

Yearly Renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside internal teams with planning and organizing events such as seminars, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Manage and create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of funeral services.
• Collaborate with team members to develop, present, and support marketing campaigns and activities. 
• Generate digital and print content, including artwork and copywriting. 
• Fulfill any additional tasks as needed or assigned by the manager, including statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• 75% desk-based work, with 25% involving off-site activities such as events, vendor meetings, or visits to other offices 
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player. 
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills, such as MS Office applications, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and more.
