Marketing Communications Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing & Communications Executive is responsible for ensuring that all communication is aligned to the hotel brand, and implementing and driving marketing strategies across all channels, including the social platforms of the hotel, and its restaurants and bars.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality or marketing industry is advantageous


• A Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Conceptualising and implementing a SMART marketing strategies/social media plan across all social media platforms


• Actively involves in the production of sales and marketing publicity materials, such as eDM, brochures, etc.


• Responsible for responding to online and social guest feedback


• Media database maintenance


• Drive R&B campaigns by collaborating with R&B team, and through media outreach, ensuring information is updated and accurate on digital and print platforms


• Coordinates hotel photoshoots and videoshoots, inclusive of promotions related and special occasions


• Coordinate marketing partnerships and sponsorships


• Researches, write press releases and make sure that correct messaging is emphasized and addressing to the correct target audience


• Builds hotel profile within local market by attending industry events 


• Creating hotel collateral


• Liaising with suppliers, printers, designers


• Consolidation of media clippings and social media impact
