Marketing Communications Executive - Hiring Fast

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning
  -Execute marketing communication strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across various channels.
   
• Content Creation
  -Create and curate content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, websites, blogs, emails, and print materials.
  -Ensure that all content is in line with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.
   
• Digital Marketing
  -Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and online content distribution.
  -Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
   
• Public Relations
  -Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
  -Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to enhance the company's public image.
   
• Event Management
  -Coordinate and execute events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
   
• Market Research
  -Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
   
• Brand Management
  -Uphold and reinforce the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
  -Ensure all marketing communication materials align with brand guidelines.
   
• Analytics and Reporting
  -Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
  -Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators to assess the impact of marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing/ Communication and above.
• Min 1-2 years relevant working experience in a retail industry, working with or developing communication materials, in a marketing communication role, advertising or marketing agency.
• Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Working experience in Adobe Premiere Pro/ Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong initiative and interest to create compelling content.
