The Marketing Communications Executive at Security & Risk Solutions will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the Company's brand presence, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively convey the Company's value proposition to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Company’s goals and target audience.
- Content Creation and media management:
- Produce high-quality content for various client proposal, social media and marketing channels including website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
- Content should effectively communicate the Company’s services, expertise, and value proposition while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage and grow the Company’s presence on social media platforms by creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and implementing social media advertising strategies.
- Public Relations: When required, to cultivate relationships with media outlets, and relevant stakeholders to secure press coverage, interviews, guest articles, and speaking opportunities that elevate the Company’s profile.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring that messaging and visuals accurately reflect the Company 's identity and values.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collateral Development: Work with design teams and external vendors to create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, videos, and infographics that effectively communicate the Company’s value proposition to target audiences.
- Event Management: When needed, to plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and seminars to engage with prospects, customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in marketing communications related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
