Job Description
A Marketing Director develops and implements marketing plans, manages marketing campaigns, oversees branding and advertising activities, conducts market research, and leads the marketing team. They work closely with sales, product development, and senior management to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives. They also monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and identify new market opportunities.
Typical requirements for a Marketing Director include:
Diploma,Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field .
2+ years of experience in marketing
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, advertising, market research, and customer engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
