The Retail Distribution Division is responsible for the growth of multiple channels including Bancassurance, Intermediaries, Direct channels, and Partnerships. It is also responsible for delivering service excellence for all UOI customers and increasing market awareness of UOI to achieve consumer trust and recognition.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team at United Overseas Insurance (UOI).
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career marketer looking to build a strong foundation in digital experience management, marketing technology, and campaign operations within a dynamic and digitally transforming organisation.
You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing UOI's digital customer touchpoints, supporting marketing automation initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and projects. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Website& Digital Experience Management (50%)
Maintain and update content across UOI's website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on website enhancements, content updates, and user experience improvements.
Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, content issues, and opportunities for optimisation.
Support the implementation, testing, and quality assurance of new website features, landing pages, and customer journeys.
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
Ensure product information, promotional content, and customer communications remain current and accurate.
Marketing Automation & Digital Optimisation (25%)
Support the execution of marketing automation initiatives, including EDM campaigns, customer journeys, lead nurturing programmes, and triggered communications.
Assist in campaign setup, testing, and deployment across digital platforms.
Work with internal teams and vendors to improve customer journeys and operational efficiencies through automation.
Support campaign tracking and reporting, including the use of UTM parameters and digital analytics tools.
Monitor campaign and automation performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support (25%)
Coordinate marketing project timelines, campaign deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Manage the marketing and sales activitycalendar to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
Assist in preparing marketing briefs, campaign documentation, and project plans.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Maintain marketing records, asset libraries, and campaign documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
Comfortable working in a transformation-focused environment where systems, processes, and digital capabilities are continuously evolving. Able to adapt quickly, embrace change, and contribute to building better ways of working.
Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, website management, or marketing operations will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn marketing technology and automation tools.
