Marketing Executive

Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and storytelling? We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive (F&B Marketing) to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across our award-winning restaurants, bars, and dining concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for restaurants, bars, festive promotions, and special events.


• Develop marketing calendars aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunities.


• Coordinate creative production, including photography, videography, artwork, menus, and promotional materials.


• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations.

Communications & Content

• Create engaging content for press releases, website articles, EDMs, social media, and marketing collateral.


• Ensure all communications are aligned with brand standards and messaging.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date content across digital and offline platforms.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage day-to-day social media content planning and publishing.


• Support the execution of paid digital campaigns alongside agencies and internal stakeholders.


• Monitor engagement metrics and identify opportunities to grow audience reach.


• Update website content and online listings as required.

Public Relations & Partnerships

• Build relationships with media, influencers, content creators, and strategic partners.


• Coordinate media tastings, influencer visits, launches, and promotional events.


• Track media coverage and support monthly PR reporting.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and operational teams to support marketing initiatives.


• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, photographers, and printers.


• Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative support.


• Monitor marketing KPIs, analyse market trends, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.


• 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle industries.


• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content management systems.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent copywriting abilities.


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience in photography, videography, content creation, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva will be advantageous.
