Our Client is a well & long established industrial vehicle leasing provider in Singapore.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Data Science, or related field
- Tech-savvy, interested in data, willing to learn
Responsibilities:
- Improving the efficiency & effectiveness of marketing through Marketing Technologies
- Support efforts to build the overall marketing strategy, integrating & configuring platforms processes, templates, and best practices for implementation.
- Drive efforts to integrate, roll out and govern marketing tools (e.g. marketing automation platform, digital asset management platform, email tool) =
- Strategize, establish, execute, & optimize marketing automation programs aligned with the brands' marketing strategies & objectives.
- Monitor & oversee data generated from all CRM/ marketing-related activities, encompassing sign-ups, retention rates, online and offline sales data, email campaign performance statistics, and offline events and more. Consolidate and report on the monthly success of CRM and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer care, addressing customer feedback, concerns on online & social platforms promptly.
- Plan & execute marketing and loyalty campaigns
- Provide general assistance and support for physical events and other marketing-related tasks.
