Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible for tender of new projects and servicing of existing projects.
Responsible for Event and other Marketing activities.
Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgets.
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
Project administration and management of workflow.
Onsite execution and delivery of event.
