Marketing Executive (Film) - Hiring Urgently

Job Description:

(a) Film Publicity

• Assist in planning and implementing publicity strategies and plans for all films.
• Conceptualize creative ideas for effective movie publicity and pitch them to the media.
• Organize and distribute media kits for all films, ensuring positive coverage in all main media.
• Organize press screenings and monitor press reactions.
• Liaise with media outlets for press interviews.
• Media clipping (monitor film articles and reviews).

(b) Film Promotion/Advertising

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing and advertising strategies from start to end.
• Identify trends and conceptualize creative ideas for effective movie promotion and advertising.
• Liaise and oversee all advertising agency relations, including exhibitors for in-cinema promotions.
• Engage relevant promotional partners and KOLs, including executing partnership campaigns.
• Plan and execute logistical details for promotions (e.g., movie screening events, coordinate prize collections, delivery, and promotional artworks).
• Put together the film marketing report/ deck after all promotions, whenever required.

(c) Social Media

• Conceptualize, prepare, and schedule social media postings for all films.
• Prepare simple social media visuals such as thumbnails, GIFs.
• Work with our internal media teams for localised film materials (including materials for Promotions and Advertisements). 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Adobe Illustrator and simple video editing skills is a huge plus.
• Proven experience in marketing, publicity, or related roles.
• Self-driven and passionate about driving sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to new ideas.
• Meticulous and responsible with a keen attention to detail.
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player, able to network and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
