Marketing Executive - Generous Compensation

The role of the Marketing Executive is to support the brand and marketing-related activities. He/She will be assisting in the development and implementation of creative marketing plans and marketing campaigns to enhance the brand’s image and positioning in the market. To increase the company’s branding and presence, leverage various marketing channels and interact with internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image.

2. Coordinate with Marketing Manager on an annual marketing calendar implemented in the local market.

3. Implement marketing campaigns that will enhance the brand’s image and positioning.

4. Develop marketing assets for in-store implementation, in coordination with brand HQ, such as signage, catalogues, brochures, etc.

5. Coordinate production of branded materials and ensure consistent articulation of the brand’s desired image and positioning across the brand’s advertising, print and electronic materials through marketing assets and strategic placement within vicinity of brand presence.

6. Assist in strategizing and responding to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by HQ.

7. Assist in responding in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests, assessing them to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables.

8. Marketing analytics and reporting.

9. Manage the Social Media Account.

10. Keep track of budgeting and marketing expenses.

11. Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management within reason.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing related Discipline.
• Possess innovative ideas, be quick to understand and react to things.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to multi-task and work in teams.
• Able to work out of office hours whenever necessary to support events/roadshows.
