 As a member of the Virtuoso Luxury Travel Network, specializing in luxury and experiential travel, you will have the opportunity to work internationally- corresponding with luxury travel suppliers across the globe and partner with global luxury brands.

Marketing Executive

 Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor high-quality digital marketing content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, EDM etc.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content for the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement, traffic, and leads.
• Create engaging and informative online collaterals such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and communication scripts that resonate with the target audience, adhere to the company's brand voice, and support the overall content strategy.
• Conduct SEO audits, SMM, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing activities to analyze data, improve traffic and leads, and meet business goals.
• Answer customer inquiries on digital communication channels such as Messenger and WhatsApp, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop engaging marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations to support sales efforts.
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities, such as events, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Perform any other task assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills for online content.
• Experience in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Project management skills and experience with CMS such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, SEM tools, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and web analytics including Google Analytics.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken). Fluency in Malay is an advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
• Proficient in graphic and video editing software with a keen eye for design.
