We are a Seafood Supplying company based in Singapore. We are on the lookout for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to bolster our marketing efforts and contribute to our growth in the Singapore market.
Executive Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Support the management of social media profiles, ensuring engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand's voice.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on customer trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Help organize and manage promotional events such as conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the marketing manager.
- Manage the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and e-mail campaigns.
- Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the [specific industry, if applicable] sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems.
Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue.
- Manage the company's brand presence across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, website content, and social media posts.
- Plan and execute events, such as product launches, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and planning.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving marketing goals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
