Marketing Executive - Professional Development Opportunities

Overview

Marketing Executive will be in charge of the daily administrative, liaising matters and also handling customer feedbacks, enquiries to ensure marketing materials or activities are consistently executed, communicated and brand aligned at all outlets for all brands. Executive will be involved in contributing ideas in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. It is a varied role with opportunities to learn that includes liaising, planning, advertising, public relations, product development, distribution, sponsorship, and research. The work is often challenging and fast paced.

Job Responsibilities:

Executive will report to the Marketing Communication Manager and will be given opportunity to work together with the rest of the team to contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns. Areas include:

Marketing Communication tasks

• Assist Marketing Manager in developing and executing specific projects to reach the key brand's and products KPI's.
• Participate in idea generation in for all marketing campaigns/promotional events/ projects
• Assist to ensure smooth execution of all marketing campaigns/promotional events/ projects
• Assist Marketing Manager in developing and implementing digital marketing strategy
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts with brand-focused messages to audience
• Establish social media presence to boost brand awareness and increase online traffic to brands
• Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
• Liaising with stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, partner organizations and malls on marketing related matters.
• Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Media monitoring of F&B industry
• Assist Manager in conducting market research online and data analysis

Brand Development tasks

• Assist in the creation and managing the productions of brand/ marketing materials, i.e. poster/notices/ flyer/menu/ videos
• Brand knowledge of brands portfolio
• Liaising with external vendor i.e. designers, printers and copywriter
• Assist in the organization and planning of corporate photoshoots
• Participate in new brand/ concept development
• Mandarin communication skills
• Housekeeping of branding materials

Administrative tasks

• Marketing Inventory
• Housekeeping of the Marketing Storeroom
• Maintain and Update Photoshoot Props list
• Prepare and ensure all outlet operation collaterals (posters/TV artwork) are updated and available.
• Prepare and ensure all outlets request are attended to
• Assist to ensure and maintain outlet Visual merchandize and displays are consistent across all outlets.
• In-charge logistics arrangement between marketing and outlet

Customer Relationships

• Daily screening of customer feedbacks through contact email and all social platforms (Facebook, IG, google, etc.)
• Handle feedbacks/complaints from customers and replying them through email, social platforms or phone calls
