Marketing Executive - Start Immediately

1. To work closely with Marketing Manager to cover all areas of Marketing, including advertising, public relations, events, liaison with agencies on concept, creative production, etc.
2. Responsible for content management and effective execution and updating of Rolls-Royce dealer website, Group website, facebook and other social media platform.
3. Assist in the planning, organize and execution of events and marketing campaigns according to approved marketing plan. 
4. Keep abreast with brand and market news and competitors' news. 
5. Responsible for proper filing, housekeeping and dissemination of production information to key persons within the organization.
6. Assist in preparation and submission of ad hoc reports.
7. Responsible for stock of marketing and promotional materials, ie. brochures and gifts.
8. Day-to-day mailing and dissemination of direct mailers, via mails or electronic means, to prospects and customers.
9. Preparation of letters, birthday gifts and other ad hoc materials to customers and prospects.
10. Customer Relationship Management - Day-to-Day updates, data-entry and housekeeping of customers and prospects database; Interact with all sales and after-sales team to understand challenges and opportunities.
11. Responsible for updating of sales materials at the customer lounge and showrooms.
12. The Management may assign any other suitable duties from time to time.

Candidate qualities: 

• Possess Marketing educational background, preferably Degree in Marketing
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated. Able to work independently as well as a good team player. 
• Have some knowledge in html files
• Proficiency in online advertising and social media marketing will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in automotive industry or high-end luxury industry will be an advantage.
